Noticeboard

Appointments
Morning Surgeries start at 8:30am and afternoon surgeries at 2.00pm.  Appointments can be made by booking at reception, calling the surgery on 01598 753226 or via our online appointment booking system. Appointments are at ten minute intervals.

Telephone Advice
Sometimes a telephone call will avoid the need for a consultation. If you wish to speak to a doctor, please ask the receptionist to request that the doctor calls you back. It would be helpful if you could indicate the degree of urgency.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you require a repeat prescription there are a number of ways you can request this: blue_yellow_pills

  • By using our online repeat prescription request service (to register complete the form below)
  • Post your repeat slip
  • Drop your repeat slip into the surgery
  • Via Lynton Chemist (contact them for further information)

When issuing repeat medications we must have all the details i.e. name of the drug and the dosage (size of tablets). The receptionists are not allowed to issue any medications without these details.

Please let the reception staff know whether you would like to collect your prescription from the health centre or for it to be sent to Lynton Chemist.

The doctor will need to see you at intervals to review your medical condition. Please make an appointment before your review date.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days to allow for your prescription to be written and checked and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

* Please note that as from 1st April 2015 we can no longer take telephone prescription  requests*
